I love stories. All kinds. Told in many ways. I’m inspired by old Hollywood movies, classic books, vintage TV shows, and dreamy photography. I think the world is a better place when we share our stories.
I’m Lois Olson, photographer and owner of The Sparrow Stand, an Omaha-based boutique photo studio that tells your story with a magazine-styled twist. My specialty is conceptual, storytelling photo shoots. I love to mix whimsy with stylized imagery. I offer themed portrait parties, historical book cover photography, and vintage movie poster art.
